Group Service Activities

to Contribute to the Welfare of Society

Group work is an Aquarian concept. Group work demands shedding of individual personalities and communion in the One Consciousness that functions through many. The experiment relating to group work has been causing consequent unfoldment to the participants. Group work releases the person from his conditioned individualised living. Collectivity in consciousness lets out the man from the cocoon of individual life.

The groups of the W.T.T. are engaged in various fields of service, especially in education, health, and alleviation of poverty. All activities are done on a voluntary basis.

Under the auspices of the W.T.T. extensive service activity is done in several parts of India.

In the West there are groups doing service activities in several countries of Europe and the Americas.

We present here some of the activities of these groups done with the inspiration of the W.T.T. The list is not exhaustive.
