Lord Maitreya

LORD MAITREYA

A SIMPLE HINT

A little hint to the students of yoga - even while you are engaged in huge tasks on a day, do not abstain from the daily bath and prayer. Do not abstain from them however stressful is the day. In stressful times don’t you need a much more stable mind? The simple way to gain stable mind is prayer. A shower also helps the mind to be clean. A clean mind at prayer can get reinforced with stability and that stability enables you to appropriately discharge the stressful tasks.

Remember, if stability is lost, your performance settles to sub-normality, while you need extra-normal stability to perform extra-normal acts of the day.
