Short Biography

Master Kambhampati Parvathi Kumar was born on 7th of November 1945 at Vijayawada, as the son of Sri K V. Sastry and Smt. K. Ramalakshmi. He grew up in a deeply spiritual family. His father was a convinced follower of Lord Sri Rama. He lived a life total surrender to God with utmost discipline and a strict rhythm. Through his own life style he imparted that kind of discipline to his seven children. He was a good father and teacher to them. However, at the age of 51, he left the physical body. At that time, Sri Parvathi Kumar was 21 years (plus) of age. His mother, a warm-hearted and joyful woman, always co-operated with her husband and helped him to achieve his noble aims. In this blessed family, Sri Parvathi Kumar grew up. He was a very gentle, amiable child and was the delight for the people around him. He continues to be so at a global scale now.

At school and at the college, he was always the best, and his academic career was one of brilliance. He stood University first in his B. Com (Hons) Examination (1965) and was awarded a Gold Medal. He was once again a University Topper in the M. Com., Degree Examination (1966). In the same examination he holds the unparalleled distinction of having scored the highest percentage of marks in the University, a record, which is unbroken till date.

He has the rarest honour of being conferred 'Doctor of Letters' by the Andhra University of Visakhapatnam on 27th August, 1997 in recognition of his invaluable services to human society.

Parvathi Kumar was also a good sportsman. His favourite sports were tennis, table tennis, billiards, cricket and badminton, where he won many awards.

In October 1970, C. P. Rao and K. Parvathi Kumar established the firm "Rao & Kumar'. Chartered Accountants. The firm successfully grew step-by-step and today is one of the most reputed firms of Chartered Accountants in Andhra Pradesh, India that is ably handling all matters of Accounts, Audits, Finances and taxes.

Sri K.Parvathi Kumar received first impulse from the Soul in the 10th year and on his own volition started worshiping Lord Shiva. In his 18th year an Avadhuta visited the family and initiated all the family members into worship of Hanuman (a manifest form of Lord Shiva as Rudra). In his 24th year another initiate in the line of Dattatreya visited the family and initiated Sri Parvathi Kumar, his mother and his only sister Parvathi into the path of yoga. In the same year he came into contact for the first time through his younger brother with the Mantra Namaskarams Master C.V.V. and with Master E.K. Thereafter a very deep relationship and intense cooperation between Master E. K and Sri K. Parvathi Kumar developed. Master E. K was a channel through which the Divine Plan expressed itself. There was such huge work coming up that it became necessary to organize all these varieties of tasks. For that reason, Master E. K. gave the permission to set up an organization, which he named "The World Teacher Trust”. The Trust was founded on a Saturday, 18th November 1971 in Scorpio, during the Jupiter hours. Sri. K. Parvathi Kumar was the competent person to lay the statutes for its foundation and to manage all legal aspects in connection with the organisation. In the following years, Master E.K shouldered more and more responsibilities to Sri K Parvathi Kumar. Since Master EK.'s 50th anniversary, the 11th August 1976, Master E. K. always appeared together with Sri Parvathi Kumar to public. On that auspicious day, Master E. K. informed the public that Sri Parvathi Kumar will be the one to continue the work of the Planetary Hierarchy and for that purpose he will have to go on many global journeys. On 21st April 1977, Master E.K moved to Radhamadhavam, into the house of Sri K Parvathi Kumar, in order to continue his activities with greater vigour for the benefit of humanity.

In July 1981, Master E.K. invited Sri Parvathi Kumar to carry out with him the task concerning the spiritual fusion of East and West. Sri Parvathi Kumar accepted to accompany the Master on his travels to the West and to share the work with him.

In the years 1981, 1982 and 1983, they travelled together on invitation to Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, and Italy in order to teach the Doctrines of Wisdom to the Western Brotherhood and to guide the searching souls onto the Path of light.

In March 1984, the Plan took to a sudden turn. Master E.K unexpectedly left his physical sheath and left a great number of unfinished projects behind. Sri K Parvathi Kumar shouldered many tasks and successfully completed them together with the Indian brotherhood.

Sri K. Parvathi Kumar also agreed in taking over and continuing the great mission of bridging East and West. He therefore visited from 18th to 29 September, 1984 the WTT Geneva where he gave lectures about the Yoga of Patanjali, Sri Suktam and the significance of full-moon and new moon.

In the years 1985/86 there were profound spiritual adjustments in the life of Sri K. Parvathi Kumar. Therefore he was not able to visit the West in these two years. It was only in 1987 that he received the inner command to visit Europe again and consequently followed an invitation from the Theosophical Society and the WTT Hamburg, Germany, where he spoke about the Music of the Soul, Gayathri, the symbolism in daily life and healing.

Since 1987, Sri Kumar Garu regularly travels to Europe and since 1992 to South and North America. He teaches the ancient doctrines of wisdom, gives instructions for daily life, introduces individual and group meditations, forms healing groups and explains the science of Yoga. He regularly conducts fire rituals on Thursday, Sundays and on full moons. Besides, he celebrates the Vedic marriage ritual in a simplified version to the inclined Western couples.

He is an excellent interpreter of symbolism relating to various belief systems of the past, like Mayan, Mexican, Inca systems, Celtic and Jewish systems. He carries with him the key of astrology, symbology, etymology, and numerology. He also carries the keys of sound and colour. When he teaches the scriptural knowledge these keys unfold the consciousness in the listeners and makes them joyful. When he teaches there is a magnetic smiling aura that charms people, and the listeners listen with rapt attention. People who are habituated to listening to him are addicted to the charisma of his teaching. He is essentially a teacher but not a lecturer.

His work and responsibilities grew from year to year. The Divine Plan is expressed through him in a variety of fruitful works and in a fiery life, of which service and sacrifice are the basis. Everywhere on the planet, he promotes group work and service for the Plan in togetherness. For that purpose he visits groups all over the world, supports, guides and connects them, so that a worldwide networking has been developed which finds its common basis in the World Teacher. He says the ones who have trust in the World Teacher are the members on the World Teacher Trust.

In May 2005, the Master celebrated his 40th international tour, to Greece. During all these years he visited more than 150 places and groups on three continents. His seminars are recorded on more than 1500 cassettes. He wrote more than 50 books, composed innumerable writings and articles and publishes three monthly magazines: Navani, Vaisakh Newsletter and Paracelsus - Health & Healing. His wife, Smt. Krishna Kumari Garu, often accompanied him in his tours and travels. She is a great support in all that he does for the groups and is the power behind. She is very protective of Sri Kumar and takes meticulous care of him. She is a lady gifted with intuition and can feel people almost unmistakably. Some times she even alerts him when he is too amiable.  It is not out of place to mention that in relation to his works in the West, Tiziana and Jesus were his intimate companions and Sri Kumar says that they are part of his family.

His great mission is the fusion of East and West of which Madame Blavatsky laid the foundation stone with her two great works Isis Unveiled and Secret Doctrine at the end of last century. With much positive dynamism she shows the present religious beliefs and brings them in relation to the ancient and true doctrines of wisdom. She very clearly speaks about the wrong human comprehension of matter and spirit and at the same time reveals the true spiritual values and principles. Later further great initiates such as Sri Rama Paramahamsa, Master C. V. V., Alice A. Bailey, Sri Aurobindo, Sri Paramahansa Yogananda, Master E. K came to continue the great mission of Lord Maitreya. They have spread the real spiritual values, wisdom and the service towards the fellow beings all over the globe. Today Master K. Parvathi Kumar (KPK) is one of the great initiates who committed himself to the Divine Plan and works for it in silence and humility.

Master KPK forms the bridge between East and West by linking the Eastern and Western World Scriptures - Secret Doctrine, the doctrines by Alice A. Bailey, the Old and New Testament, Mahabharata, Ramayana, Srimad Bhagavatam and many more and teaching them in a comprehensive way. Master EK predicted that after him somebody will come who explains his teachings in simple words. Master KPK's classes and teachings are unique and new on the planet. They are a source of inspiration. His main subjects are; the ancient and eternal doctrines of wisdom, meditation, Yoga, astrology, the science of healing, rituals, the profound meaning of symbolism, colour, sound and time cycles.

Master KPK teaches the path of Raja Yoga, the Royal Path. This path is also called the "golden middle path", the balance between the spiritual and the material word. In many seminars, the Master emphasized that both, spirit and matter are equally important. Man must learn to handle both in a suitably way, none may gain the upper hand or be rejected. Therefore the disciple has to do his daily duties by retaining his spiritual attitude in all his activities. Inner and outer tranquillity, composed attitude, compassion, kindness, and the constant orientation to the One are the desirable goals of this Yoga. In order to reach this goal, the Master imparts constructive meditation techniques, gives recommendations for study and stresses the importance of service to the fellow beings.

Master KPK emphasizes the value of marital life, the family and the righteous education of children, because the family is the basis for a healthy society. The Master demonstrated through his own life and teachings that it is possible to unite spirituality and family life. This is one of his great characteristic features, through which he distinguishes himself from other initiates and masters. He demonstrates humanity a new form of domestic, economic, social and spiritual life, whereby he realizes the Yoga of Synthesis in all areas of life.

He himself is an outstanding example for true service, sacrifice, love and goodwill in action. A great number of social projects, free schools in slum areas, distribution of food and free homoeopathic treatment run under his auspices. Untiringly, in silence and secrecy, he works for humanity, treats the sick, helps the poor and needy and consults families. Through him the energies of love, wisdom and goodwill are constantly flowing. In 1985, he founded the Circle of Goodwill, through which the Divine Plan can be expressed by way of social and cultural activities in a well-organised manner. The Circle of Goodwill runs eight schools where children receive free education, hygiene, clothing and food. There are more than 100 homeo dispensaries run by the World Teacher Trust and Circle of Goodwill to give free treatment to people. Besides, it encourages music schools and itself operates a music circle. Furthermore, the Circle responds to natural calamities such as cyclones and wars and provides substantial relief measure. It also gives donations for the promotion of environmental development projects. Service to the fellow beings and the support of the poor and needy is the outstanding matter of concern to the Master. Already as a pupil he committed himself with love and enthusiasm to help the poor and weak people.

On 1st January 1997, he writes: "A world server is one who visualises the One Light in all forms and sincerely serves the Light in every form. The World Teacher Trust seeks to serve the light in form. Its motto is, 'We seek to serve.'

Master KPK has completely consecrated his life to the service of humanity. He heals on all planes of existence, teaches the ancient and eternal wisdom and guides the seeker onto the path of truth. His goal and purpose is to lead humanity to the eternal light.

It is a great gift and a rare occasion to be guided by such a great soul, to be permitted to cooperate with such a Master and to follow him upon the path of service.

We thank you Master with all our heart on your completion of 60 years of life and we wish you many more years of healthy life to enable us to grow into your light through your presence. You are established in us with your ever-smiling countenance. Let it continue to be so.

Moon in Sagittarius

On 31st March 1910 at midnight, the tail of Halley’s Comet touched our planet. The Energies of Synthesis stroke the house of Master CVV like a powerful lightning with thunderclap. The Energies of Synthesis coming down from higher circles were received by Master CVV in order to distribute them for the well-being of the planet, for the humans and for all living beings. At this time the moon was at 4° in Sagittarius in the constellation Mula.

When Master K. Parvathi Kumar was born, the moon was again in the constellation Mula, and at the same time the ascendant and Mercury were at 4° Sagittarius. Master KPK is a medium and a messenger of THE MASTER. He has distributed the New Message on the entire planet in a devoted and enlightened manner and has manifested the Yoga of Synthesis and the salutary energies on the entire planet, in all silence and humbleness.

Sri K.P. Kumar

by Srimati Kumari

 Sri Kumar and Srimati Kumari

Sri Kumar is a follower of the path of Srimat Bhagawata. The scripture Bhagawata pronounces the path to the Divine which is full of direct experience of the Divine in the day to day life. It gives tips to see the Divine as the indweller of all forms, big or small. In this path love, light and power manifest naturally as per time, place and event. Sri Kumar by nature respects elders, extends friendliness to all and worships the Divine with much devotion. His worship of the Divine is never casual. Even during his ten years when his father Sri K.V. Sastri was reciting the episode of King Parikshit to Srimati Rama Lakshmi, the Mother, Sri Kumar listened to it in the late evenings and was getting inspired. Inspirations are indicating of the touch of Divine. The result was goose pimples all over the body. Even as a child he frequently was experiencing goose pimples whenever the scripture was read out. His father got surprised and stated that this son of him would surely experience the Divine in life and stand liberated. Even throughout his educational career Sri Kumar had the touch of the Divine and the result is outstanding performances in education.

In my 21st year I participated for 7 days in a group life, where the scripture Bhagawata was regularly discoursed. It is a tradition in India to conduct within “Bhagawata Week” a group life activity for 7 days, where the scripture is recited, explained, and even sung in the evening hours. It is an around the clock activity for 7 days that enables atonement to the path of Bhagawata. In the modern day terminology the path of Bhagawata is called the path of world discipleship. While I was engaged in such an activity, on the 4th day of that week, which happened to be a Thursday, my parents arranged a meeting with Sri Kumar in connection with a marriage proposal. To me Thursday was always blissful. To me Thursday generally offers many blessings. The moment I saw him for the first time I felt very clearly and without any doubt that he is the man of my life. My consciousness was very clear and my heart dropped trumpeting the thought. It was a Divine coincidence that I saw the man of my life for the fist time when I was participating in Bhagawata group life and that too on a Sunday. Later I came to know that he follows step fast the path of Bhagawata. The fist impression is said to be the best impression people say. Till date I feel so of Him who carries shining eyes, a magnetic smile and a broad chest that can accommodate liberally and generously my being.

While expressing his consent for marriage Sri Kumar wrote a letter to me saying that the purpose of his life is to pursue the Divine path and that I would be happy and comfortable with him if I too had such a purpose. That letter enhanced my esteem for the man whom I was going to marry.

On 9th April 1972 we got married at Hyderabad in the presence of friends and relatives. After the ceremony Sri Kumar’s uncle came to me and my father and said the following which rings in my ears from time to time: “Our Kumar is not one of those ordinary young men. He is very virtuous and is comparable in his qualities to Sri Rama. He is very dutiful, very disciplined, very respectful of elders and very brilliant. He has a very delicate and sensitive heart. It is to your good luck that he has become your son-in-law. He is modest, so you do not know what he is inside. You would know him in due course of time and know the truth of my statement. You would be a proud father-in-law of such a boy.

As I joined him in life and started to live together I slowly understood the path of Divinity he follows which I could not image in the beginning. The path he follows is too wide and varied that I cannot gaze completely even now. I understand now his path of inclusiveness, and it is therefore wide and varied. He tries to hold spiritual values in any and every event of life. He gives out spiritual values even in his attending to a movie or television or even in sport. Many times from the ordinary cinema songs he reveals many spiritual dimensions.

Sri Kumar is basically on the path to Divinity. He is devoted, welfare orientated, deep-focussed, stable in mind, fearless, illuminating and unwavering. He can accept enormous loads of work, conduct them with patience, skilfulness and cheerfulness. He bears burdens without difficulty with the help of cheer in work. His cheerfulness lightens the work to him and to his co-workers. But at the same time when he is focussed one fears to be near him. Many times I experienced the fear from his focus and his silence. In all this 33 years I never saw him leaving a work unfulfilled or incomplete. Sri Kumar’s memory of valuable things of life is not ordinary. If he reads a book the content remains with him. If he listens things of good will they remain with him. His listening, reading of occult sciences straight away gets into him and remains with him even after three to four decades. Many times I am surprised of his memory of scriptures. Things he read in his tenth year are also remembered and reproduced according to the need.

Many do not know that he sings scriptures. He can sing long passages of scriptures for hours together and get into ecstasy by such singing. When he is in such a singing mood people who listen to him are also lifted up into the inspirational level of the Divine. He may be knowing many dimensions of wisdom but his singing, according to him is much more nourishing to him as even the sublime concepts of wisdom. Many know him as a magnetic and inspiring teacher of wisdom. But few know him in relation to his musical dimensions. In private and personal circles he always says the sweetness of the Divine is better experienced through music, through singing of the Divine than through ideation of the profound concepts of knowledge or even through the practises of yoga. He says that he experiences the presence much better through the Divine music than through yoga practices and abstract metaphysical ideations. He tells me from time to time, to relate to God singing is the best means. It brings in His presence faster. It fulfils the heart. His singing was admired by his father, his maternal grandfather and his maternal uncle besides a few friends. Among those who follow him there are few souls who seek to listen to him.

Sri Kumar shouldered even from the very young age very huge responsibilities, domestically, professionally and socially. Even by his 35th year he was a well-known person in the professional and social circles and was highly thought after. As his lady I was feeling proud of his accomplishments.

Sri Kumar’s routine of work used to be 12 hours a day in the objectivity and 4 hours a day in subjectivity. He was so successful in life and had many well-wishers in his social circles. When he was inclining more and more towards goodwill work right from the age of 27 his well-wishers from the society used to tell me to be conscious of him, to be protective of him. They opined to me, “A person of Sri Kumar’s abilities and character is rare in society. He can progress unimpeded in the society and become very popular even at national level. He has many skills even to become a businessman of very high order. His brilliance can be translated to substantial name, fame and wealth, but of late we find him deviating from this potential path of success and spending much time in philosophical thoughts, gathering some youngsters around him. Please appropriately advise him. I informed the well-wishers to Sri Kumar. He smiled and said: “They also advised me. They do it out of affection to me, but I know what I am doing.”

Except in close circles Sri Kumar does not speak much. His general attitude is silence. His silence grows deeper when he is attacked by such energies as criticism, pride, prejudice, and malice. In his life many a time he was attacked by jealousy and malice. He neutralises them with his silence. To our good luck when we are given interview by Sri Satya Say Baba, the holy God man all known over the globe, he pacified me by saying, “Even I am a victim of it. It is normal in this world. Silence is the best answer to it.”

In his 35th year Sri Kumar left for the first time to the West along with Master EK on a tour that had the mission of spiritual fusion of East and West. It was a very long tour. Sri Kumar left his profession and went with the Master, which was a matter of concern to my parents. They asked Master EK, “If he leaves his profession like this in the name of God and good will, how would his life be and the life of his wife and children?” The Master smilingly answered, “His life and his profession would be much more splendorous.” He is born with a purpose. He his born for Divine works. His family and his profession are under the protection of the Divine. He knows it, hence he has the courage to be what he is. He has no fears. You too eliminate the fear about him. I am the soul witness to the sacrifices he made in the variety of ways in life. He doesn’t speak of them nor does he even remember many of them. As his life partner I know much more of his acts of good will. Others know according to their interaction with him. To him wealth means Divine presence. The worldly wealth is utilised with utmost responsibility for good work. Yet, the Divine insured that he is wealthy in the world too. It is a wonder to his professional colleagues to see that he grows in both the worlds, and his well-wishers after 18 years come back to say that he is an example on both sides of life.

One dimension which I see in the life of Sri Kumar is that the spiritual teachers and masters like him. They love him. They specially bless him. He enjoys the privilege of their “sonship”. I would even see many times that he is a favoured child of the teachers. To share a secret with the readers I might say that Master EK’s love and affection towards Sri Kumar is far, far more than Sri Kumar’s devotion to him. During the last 7 years of Master EK’s life for anything and everything the Master was requiring the association of Sri Kumar: His admiration for Sri Kumar touched its pinnacle, when the Master desired to depart from the physical only from Sri Kumar’s house.

I am a witness to his global truth during all this years (24 years). In his teachings many listeners including me experience the presence of sublime Masters. Many feel that he is the disciple of Master CVV. Others feel, looking at his discipline and his focus that he belongs to the Ashram of Master Morya. The public in general knows that he is the disciple of Master EK. In privacy and confidentiality I gently inquired who his Master was. He never answered. He smiles. Smile is the only answer he has for it. Once a lady by name Martha Paillet, an Argentinean, who participated in the seminars of Sri Kumar, told me: ”Your husband is a vehicle for many Masters. This is beyond doubt. I participated in two, three Seminars of him. When your husband gets on the stage and does invocation before speech, the entire ambiance in the seminar hall changes. When he starts teaching I see different teachers behind him at different times. Your husband follows the path of synthesis and hence every line (ray) of teaching can express through him. This is a wonder. He wins the globe by his synthesis. I wish to inform you about one more aspect of him where you have a duty. He is no doubt highly knowledgeable and yet he is delicate like a child. His smile gives me the message that there is much innocence in him. It is better that you too be with him at all times. It offers protection to him. As a woman I wonder what acts of good will you have done in your past lives to have such a special man as your husband.” After this message from the well-meaning lady I decided to be with him at all times when he tours in India and outside India.

I am also a witness to Sri Kumar’s writings. He generally dictates and does not write. Seldom has he written. He picks up at random a book, closes his eyes for a few seconds and opens the eyes to dictate. Many times he does not open the book. He keeps looking into emptiness and starts dictating sentences. It is to my good fortune that I remain his scribe for all his writings in Telugu. I asked him if he sees anything in the emptiness. He says, “There is emptiness inside the cave of heart, from where it springs up. It can be listened to. It is called the voice of silence.”

Except during the times of teaching, writing or worshipping, at all other times Sri Kumar is very normal and very unassumed. All his spiritual practise is internal. Being Scorpio by Sun sign it remains a secret. Even to me. There is not much external exhibition of internal transformations. Many think that he is blessed. But no one knows the intense internal work he does upon himself. In all these years of association with him I distinctly saw in him many changes for the better in his bodily constitution. His body went through many transformations. And significant transformations happened. In January 1974, January 1976, October 1981, June 1985 and November 1994. All these transformations in his constitution are attributed to the consistent and rhythmic practises he makes. His body despite its limitations always cooperates in conduct of works. His sickness never comes into the way in the stupendous work which he handles. While there is some sickness in his body he does work, unmindful of it. He never thinks of his sickness.

Being a Scorpio he speaks little of himself. He never speaks deeper things relating to him. He shares only surfacial things. Once a Master of wisdom (Bhimily Master) informed me that Master EK and Sri Kumar formed the team to work 7 lives ago. They have been conducting the work together since 7 lives. Never did Sri Kumar state this. When inquired he said: “It could be possible.” The growth of Sri Kumar’s work is gradual and is now global. It is amazing how smoothly, simply and gradually it grows global. He has many followers. He says, they are his friends, brothers, sisters and admirers. They see a Master in him, their God in him. But he says, it is their vision and their experience. Sri Kumar never behaves as a Teacher or Master or as any extraordinary man. He says that it is futile to define. It is fruitful to experience. But I know persons who tell me the following: “Your husband is uncommon among the commons. He has multi-facetted abilities. We do not know the depth of him or his wisdom. Yet, he is very friendly. We decided to follow him for lives. Even if we die we come back to search for him and follow him. While dying we wish to look into his eyes and die. He is our friend, our guide, our Master and our God.” I get stunned when I hear such statements.

As his life partner and his admirer I may say many more things. But for the constraint of the length of this description one last word about him. I have seen him heartily helping people, those who criticised him behind his back. When I inform him that they speak not well of him he says: “But they need help.” This humbles me and makes me think a lot. Sometimes he talks harsh, but I haven’t seen him act harsh. I am thankful to the Divine that I have association with such a man in life, who helps me to walk on the path. It needs patience to ensure that one’s partner also walks with oneself.

Ever at His lotus feet.
